I just stopped by to drop off a few items to the storage unit we rent. They took my I.D to use a cart. I came down less then ten minutes later and the office is closed. There's a sign saying they'd be back at 10:34. Not only did they not say they would be leaving they didn't come back till 10:53. Why take someone's I.d and then disappear. I had to be at work at 10:30, I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my I.d back. Ballpark storage customer service was excellent. I would like to thank Angelo and Joey for being so helpful. I had a problem opening the door correctly and they were so helpful. I really hope Ballpark storage knows they have 2 great employees. My move in was great and my move out went smooth. I will definitely recommend Ballpark storage to anyone in need of a storage unit. The location is great. Keep up the good work. I especially like where my storage unit was located. Kudos!
This is both a public storage facility and also a homeless shelter. Drug use and boldly fluids are common along the sidewalks. Great for the neighbirhood. September 1019 update!! I see management has been responding to comments for months that they are addressing the homeless issue. They are not. There's a bicycle chop shop at their property right as I type this. I never see security moving out the encampments. What gives Ballpark Storage?
There is a lot of homeless people out front but the place is very clean inside and the service is extremely good
This place is great. They keep it clean, your stuff is inside under constant surveillance. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Chelsea always goes above and beyond. Thanks, Chelsea!
Chelsea is the best!!! She went above and beyond to help me out. The keys were locked inside but she used her mad skills to open the lock and get me on my way on time! Thank you Chelsea!

Highly recommend this place! My boyfriend and I just moved out of SD and they helped make our experience as smooth as possible! Tony was extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of and good to go!
