I am so pleased with this storage facility. It is clean, safe and affordable. The people working there are professional and so kind. Sandra and Gilbert worked hard to find me the best deal and even assisted me with my items when moving exhausted this 71 year old. I feel that they honestly cared about me and went the extra mile to secure my business. So grateful to them for all their assistance.

In my opinion the best storage downtown. Prime location. Great facilities. Despite being in a historic building, everything is in great condition. Jay was especially helpful.

This self storage location right next to Gaslamp, ideal location for any transportation to access storage. Bright lights on hallway, manually operated elevator. Storage price is reasonable too. Plus, professional, very friendly front-desk, helped me to solve problems.

I am vacating my unit at the end of the month based on many reasons regarding fees, but am happy I had already given my notice as I found out last week that my unit was broken into by an ex employee. The District Manager has yet to call me and address the issue. It's been horrible service since day one - and not having access outside of business hours is just unreasonable. This is another review for this place which has been my go to for moving & storage needs. The management & staff that has come and gone has always been on point, professional, friendly & helpful. The manager Jessica is amazing asset to an already great business. Jessica has greatly improved grounds surrounding this storage place.
