Becca is FANTASTIC! Not sure how but she remembers my babies every time! My babies love this place. They get personalized attention and great playtime while mom is traveling. Totally worth it if you adore your 4-legged kids.

Bark and zoom is awesome! Our pup Frannie has been there for a long weekend boarding and two daycare days on busy days. She comes back tired and happy. The staff are very understanding of breeds and quirks. Ours is a hound dog so she's vocal but means no harm and they got that. She has gotten a bath and nail grinds that were great. The whole business model is so smart with the parking and shuttles. It couldn't have been easier to use. This new establishment is a great deal - convenient and fairly price. I boarded my cat and parked my car for one week at Bark&Zoom. When my cat had a minor issue, they called me to let me know. (He was fine but I appreciated the update.) The boarding staff seemed to truly care about my cat and I felt comfortable leaving him there. As for the car parking - wow! Love this place for my pup! It was super easy and convenient. Our dog was spoiled when we went out of town. He had the room with the camera (24 hr... great idea and terrible at the same time. Ha), had a daily walk, playtime with friends and 1on1 time. He is a super energetic dog so the ability to add on services to keep him busy was awesome. We have been bringing our dog, Sullivan, here since day one. The staff has always been very attentive and responsive to anything we need. We now also take our 2nd dog Penelope. The facilities are very clean up in the front, we have done two tours and the back is always very clean as well. We have grooming services done, no complaints here either. I've read some of the other reviews here that are negative and can honestly say that these reviewers are either extremely sensitive or plain unreasonable. We've had to wait maybe... read more

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, fast bus service to/from airport, location very close to airport - about 3 minutes on tbe bus. My dog was happy. Highly recommend!

I did not board my pet here but they did help me out immensely and are extremely kind. I had just flown in from Germany with my cat and was staying at a hotel about 2 blocks away. I arrived very late at night the airline had lost my luggage. I needed to catch a flight very early the next morning. My cat's litter box and litter were in my lost luggage, and after traveling for over 24 hours, she was distraught and needed to go to the bathroom! We like taking our dog here when we leave town. The staff is very friendly and the facility is well secured and kept very clean considering that it's a kennel. I like that there is staff there 24 hours a day, as I was recently surprised to learn that some boarding facilities don't have staff on site late at night and in the early hours of the morning. I also really, really like that you can leave your car here for only $9.99 a day and they park it for you and drop you off and pick you up curbside at the airport. When I fille... read more
