I've been coming here for years and every year I've noticed the quality of the food get worse and worse. Today pretty much sealed the deal for me. We will not be coming back. Every dish had an unnecessary amount of salt in it. It wasn't pleasant at all. I had the beef tip sandwich. It had fake cheese on it and majority of the meat simply consisted of fat but, the amount of salt just made it all the worst. I had to force myself to eat majority of it bc I felt so bad complaining. We have been to Barley Creek Brewing over a dozen times, and everything has always been amazing. However, this most recent visit did not live up to our previous experiences. We arrived for lunch on a weekend around 1:30 pm and were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. We provided our information and sat on the bench in front of the hostess stand, patiently waiting. The atmosphere and beer are good but the food was mediocre. The shredded chicken nachos had 2 tiny pieces of chicken and barely any cheese. It was mostly dry chips with sour cream and guacamole. The pot roast was just ok. Not much flavor but atleast it wasn't tough. Our waitress came to our table once to take the order and then to drop off food. We had to get up to find someone to get ketchup and bbq sauce and waited with empty glasses. It's a shame because the outdoor area looks so fun for families (hence the 2 stars).

Tricia that’s not the experience we plan and practice to deliver. I’m sorry that my team didn’t see all the things that they needed to do to make sure your visit was a good one. Service is so important. Your server is our first line of hospitality excellence and if he or she is not present the whole thing just doesn’t work.
I don't believe in reviews but I felt the need to add one after today. For the past 17 years it's been a traditional to go shopping and then enjoy the games and food/beers at the creek before the hustle of the holidays. today, might have been the last. for years, it's rolling with the bunches but today was different. Challenging times for this industry - the Full Service Craft Brewery /Distillery/ Restaurant industry is changing. What happened here? Their menu has changed and not for the better. First of all ivery limited. Secondly did not know what to order - tried boneless wings which was heavily breaded and dry. Probably place only good for burgers. Heard BC Taproom at mall is better.

Menu is currently going through another review and revision! Specials and LTO’s will be an ongoing process for us to constantly introduce potential new full time menu items. Our Goal is to create a great Fall / Winter menu and a great Spring / Summer menu.
The new menu has 1/2 what the old menu had. Choices are limited. The pizza is on a flatbread no longer round. Also limited choice as to toppings. The menu says 17"long. It's not , maybe it's 14". Salads which you previously had a large choice is minimal now. The chopped salad is gone. I've been coming here for years. I'll have to find a new place. I think they made a big mistake.
We eat here quite a lot since we live nearby. Expecting a decent lunch, Amd treating myself, I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. Never Again! The meat was SO DRY I couldn't chew it without drinking something. Also, the ribs were burned on the outsides and tuff to even bite into. Left overs? Been on the grill too long? Horrible. They should be ashamed to serve it.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have never once written a review but then again I have never felt the need to. This place not only had bad food, not only had bad service, but I was also being eaten alive by bugs the entire time while sitting inside. When I received my appetizer after about 15 minutes, we had still not received our drinks or plates. Highly recommend the chicken tartar. Phenomenal 10/10. Ask for the extra side of salmonella it's delish
