The new menu has 1/2 what the old menu had. Choices are limited. The pizza is on a flatbread no longer round. Also limited choice as to toppings. The menu says 17"long. It's not , maybe it's 14". Salads which you previously had a large choice is minimal now. The chopped salad is gone. I've been coming here for years. I'll have to find a new place. I think they made a big mistake.
We eat here quite a lot since we live nearby. Expecting a decent lunch, Amd treating myself, I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. Never Again! The meat was SO DRY I couldn't chew it without drinking something. Also, the ribs were burned on the outsides and tuff to even bite into. Left overs? Been on the grill too long? Horrible. They should be ashamed to serve it.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have never once written a review but then again I have never felt the need to. This place not only had bad food, not only had bad service, but I was also being eaten alive by bugs the entire time while sitting inside. When I received my appetizer after about 15 minutes, we had still not received our drinks or plates. Highly recommend the chicken tartar. Phenomenal 10/10. Ask for the extra side of salmonella it's delish
Service was good, food was subpar. My husband got the hot honey wings and they tasted like bbq. I got a regular burger and it didn't taste good at all. Had a corner piece of plastic in it like they cut it out of a package and heated it up. Didn't taste grilled or anything. I wouldn't recommend this place nor go back.

After waiting an eternity to be seated, I ordered the jalapeño cheddar sausage sandwich. The sausage was burnt and very small, little to no sauerkraut, it was awful. I hardly ever leave a review but I just had to this time. Big disappointment for $17.

Obviously that’s not what we want to happen. That’s a new item on our menus custom made by our 1818 smokehouse team. Not sure the smokehouse team did enough training with the 1774 culinary team. Been going here for years, but the last few times weren't very good. Today we decided to order through UberEats, and it was incredibly disappointing. We had two steaks that were very undercooked and chewy. It had No flavor, like... absolutely none. How do you mess up a steak that badly. The Nachos were stale. Had high hopes for this one. I blame their management. We got sat and our waitress introduced herself. We ordered up drinks and apps. They were out of two of the apps. Drinks arrived quickly. Beer is good. Apps arrive a few minutes later and just thrown on the table by a food delivery person, not our waitress. Garlic knots burned on the bottom and served with a buttery raw garlick mess. Do not eat at this restaurant. I got a steak sandwich from there about a week ago and got severe food poisoning. I reached out to the restaurant and spoke to several managers with no resolution or help. I actually wound up in the emergency room because of it.
