I went to several dealerships looking to purchase a new Nissan Rogue and at each of these locations, I did not have the sense of complete honesty, understanding and willingness to work with me on accommodating my need. My interaction with Craig and this dealership was the complete opposite. I am very happy with choosing this dealership and the people-oriented service demonstrated by this dealership via my sales rep Craig Burke.
Richard, the product specialist, was extremely knowledgeable and informative, which allowed me to feel very secure in my decision to purchase a Nissan Rogue. Because of his down-to-earth and friendly personality, buying my car was an enjoyable experience. Ray, in the finance department, and Chris, the sales manager, also contributed to my overall satisfaction in purchasing my new car.
