I had the unfortunate opportunity to be assigned to a service advisor named Ali. I informed him that I was taking a 1200 mile trip the next day and I went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change and wiper replacement (over $160) He tried to convince me to get other maintenance services but I declined. "Will be making sure no one I know shops here, EVER" Most horrendous customer service in the dealership business. I was called Saturday at 5:40pm when they close at 6pm, confirming my appointment for the next day, Sunday, and that the 2017 car I was requesting to see was still available. Snuck in a $3000 warranty saying its required for loan (found to be illegal after I researched) and $1585 for theft protection. This dealer is shady at best. When asked about the total out the door price, I was told a number $4000 less than what it truly was. "Bait and Switch, Even when you call and do your best " I looked on their website and saw a 2015 Nissan Rogue with 12,000 miles for 13,990. I called to confirm they still had the car, and it hadn't sold before going over there from Williamsburg. I took a car, which was $36.00 to Bay Ridge. "Forged documents " Do not buy from this dealership. Untrustworthy and dishonest! If you have bought from this dealership, check your documents. As I signed dozens of financial documents, I asked for copies. I was told I would be provided with copies on my way out. After 2 hours of finalizing the sale, I was given a folder.
