Mike Jenkins, the technician sent to my home was both courteous and knowledgeable. He worked in a timely manner to discover the problem, let me know the approximate timeframe for the part to be ordered and gave me the name of the person in the office who I could speak with about the order. I called Bayonet Plumbing to put in a new hot water heater. The appointment was scheduled quickly and conveniently for my schedule. Rodney Henderson came out, set up and installed the hot water heater. I had also discovered a leaky gasket in one of the toilets in my house. He also replaced the gasket. The work was completed efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Thank you Bayonet Plumbing.
