Recommended RecommendedMike Jenkins from Bayonet came out to service our mini split unit a couple times and did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. My husband and I typically prefer to use small businesses, but we found that the kind of service Bayonet provided and specifically Mike was superior. We will definitely be using them again.
RecommendedWhen we got home from work last Thursday, our AC unit had stopped working. We contacted the after hours emergency service at Bayonet and they were apologetic because the technician was swamped and wouldn't be able to get out to our home until after 8pm. Nelson Charon came out for a service call and explained my options to me in a professional manner. My issue was a minor one, but it was an issue which caused my A/C to stop working. After reviewing my options, I signed up for a maintenance plan, which I had been planning on obtaining recently. As he worked and cleaned my system, Nelson always explained what he was doing and when he was done I was confident the job was done well. Thank you Nelson!

RecommendedWe just moved in to our newly built house. The first night staying in the house we couldn't get any hot water. I called Bayonet (emergency number) who did the plumbing on the house and they had an emergency service technician (Shane Fritzen) call me to walk me through what could be the problem.
