Mike Jenkins, the technician sent to my home was both courteous and knowledgeable. He worked in a timely manner to discover the problem, let me know the approximate timeframe for the part to be ordered and gave me the name of the person in the office who I could speak with about the order. I called Bayonet Plumbing to put in a new hot water heater. The appointment was scheduled quickly and conveniently for my schedule. Rodney Henderson came out, set up and installed the hot water heater. I had also discovered a leaky gasket in one of the toilets in my house. He also replaced the gasket. The work was completed efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Thank you Bayonet Plumbing.

I had a problem with a water heater that went caput. I called several places and compared prices and Bayonet was the lowest and easiest to do business with. From Brian giving me all the available options to Rodney and Chris, the technicians, providing fair and straightforward advise, I would highly recommend Bayonet for any plumbing services.
