I had an issue with my AC unit and phoned Bayonet. John Eurell was a friendly and knowledgeable technician who was able to properly diagnose the AC issue. He was able to fix the AC unit promptly. Thank you John and Bayonet for great customer service!
I've used Bayonet for several years now and I'm very satisfied with the workmanship of all the techs. Had a problem with the A/C unit this year and Nelson Charon was sent out to see what was wrong. He took the time to figure out what the issue was, found the problem and got the A/C up and running again. I would like to thank him for being very professional and repairing my A/C unit! It runs better than ever now even in the heat of this summer. Thanks again Nelson!
