Howard Lockwood came to my house today for my bi-annual maintenance and was super educational in regards to my A/C unit. I don't know about other customers but I like getting informed and provided tips on how to better care for these machines. Kudos to him for going above and beyond! I hope he wins Technician of the Month because he deserves it!
