RecommendedBayonet Point Plumbing was amazing!!! Lauren in the scheduling department was great and did everything to provide me with the fastest service while researching my AC system which they installed. The tech Roland Gimena and Rafael were great. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly they were professional and personable. I will be scheduling an AC check up and plumbing check up inmediately. I can not say enough positive things about this business the scheduling team and the service team.

Had Darrell A. today for routine plumbing maintentince. He was so polite, friendly and HONEST. Great service as always. Also, Marcos Rivera came to do the routine A/C check. again, polite, freindly and HONEST.....I have been using Bayonet for 5 years and they are top notch, honest and friendly. We had a problem with the AC and phoned Bayonet b/c they originally installed the unit. An email was sent prior to the technician's visit (Dominique LeJeune) and we also received a phone call giving his ETA. He was very courteous and professional and after explaining the problem he went to look at the equipment. It was not too long before he found out the problem. Larry Ostermann did another fantastic job. This was the second time he came out to look at our AC. He quickly knew what was wrong and fixed the issue immediately. Afterwards we were talking about my dryer vent and not a minute later he had his ladder out and was on our roof fixing the clogged vent. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations and he was very knowledgeable. Thanks Larry for helping us out!
Darrell Arft was awesome!!!!! He came out for a service call to fix our inline water heater. He was professional, patient and very knowledgable. I give this company 5 stars and recommend them to others. Wonderful service.
Our technician, Christopher Tracey, came out a week or so ago and handled a warranty issue for our new home. He was TOP-NOTCH from the moment of introduction until the moment he drove to his next call.
