Everyone has been very patient and helpful , Violet helped me after multiple failed attempts to upload my ID to view properties by manually doing it for me and scheduling two viewings for me yesterday .

The issue was handled in a timely manner but we were not notified of the repair date. The repairman came to the house and we were not home. Because of this the repairman was not available for another 2 week. He did a fantastic job fixing our garage door. BB Rents only notified us via the portal only. They should send a text or automated phone call for repair appointments.
