My leasing agent brandon was great got me in a great house! He got back to me very quickly everytime i reached out! I know i was annoying but he was patient! Everything was brand new im very happy with my new house they are straight with everything and i love that! Ive looked at some other reveiws and the only bad thing people had too say is that they didnt hold the house/apartment if the person was not ready too move forward!! I was with BB Rents for less than a year when the pandemic hit. I was struggling just like everyone else. I fell behind on my rent, way behind. Through a series of emails, we came up with payment plan that satisfied the owner and myself. All I had to do was follow the plan and stay in communication with my property manager.
