It makes me sad to see such a negative reviews. My boyfriend and I were very well taken care of. They made sure I got the house that we wanted. Most of the issues with our house upon moving in were fixed, the only complaint I have is that the maintenance crew seems to have a big turnaround there have been to maintenance men that were placed since we moved in in December. For the most part, the always make sure a fix and handle any situation that we need fixed. The application process wasn't terrible.
BB Rents has been flexible and friendly for my family. My only complaint is the timeliness of the maintenance department. As a family of 5 we have been pleased with our rental home.

I just signed on for another 2 years. They r very understanding and work with you if you r late on rent. I like renting from them.
We will have rented for two years with bbrents in October. And have had a really great experience. I recently have gotten sick and they are very understanding and flexible with you. Maintenance always comes out fast, I mean within hours of putting in an online request. I couldnt be more happy with a renting experience. Amber has been very helpful whenever I call in.
