Recommendedwe just moved into a home, took us a while to find one affordable and big enough for our family. the house is great, floor is only thing that's not a wow factor. we had a terrible agent at the beginning who is no longer with the company. we now have Tom, he has been awesome so far.

I applied and was into an apartment within a month but I was pretty proactive about calling and checking the website. rent is pretty high but the apartment is nice everything is remodeled and great
Process was a total change from the "normal". Hopefully they can figure out a better way to go about. But, once I got clarification on how to be put on a waiting list, and YES actually checking the website daily for 90 days, I was actually able to attain a rental. My agent, Shante, was very diligent with responses and made the move in experience smooth.
So far, at this point in the 2021 rent spike hell, this was the only place that could find us somewhere to live, that we could afford, before being thrown out of our previous apartment so that they could renovate and double our rent. Yes I had to call daily, sometimes more than a few times, to even get my name on a list. Yes it was frustrating to be told that we could be on lists that were, in fact, full or offered a home that was not actually available. While I have only been here for a short amount of time, I have zero complaints. I've seen the poor reviews this company has but I suspect those having a bad experience aren't exactly conducting themselves in a respectful manner. They got us approved quickly and got a leasing agent assigned to us. She was literally flawless and has helped every step of the way while consistently going above and beyond.
