Patience and communication pay off. So far everyone has been pleasant and for the most part prompt with all of my communications. It is an unusual process forrentals, but taking your time and planning ahead really pays off. Ask for Brandon! He has the patience to deal with me and very obvious work dedication.

They are a decent property rental
rented a house in monroe from them, nice clean home. Maintenance was on top of it and they were fast in returning the full deposit when we moved out. No complaints at all. I'm now an independent contractor for them (3years) and they are by far my favorite customer, great to rent from, great to work for
We have rented Franklin for 4 years now with no issues. Maintenance was quick to fix an issue I had last weekend .
I recently have become a renter through BBRents. The staff is nice! I have had a few issues and it has taken a while to get everything done, but they are getting done and that is what matters. I'm hoping things continue to go as well as they have.
