I was with BB Rents for less than a year when the pandemic hit. I was struggling just like everyone else. I fell behind on my rent, way behind. Through a series of emails, we came up with payment plan that satisfied the owner and myself. All I had to do was follow the plan and stay in communication with my property manager.
