My family and I have been renting from BB for almost 2 yrs. They've always responded to any concerns we've had and resolved any issues in a timely manner. The only thing I am uncomfortable with is the yearly inspection. I understand its purpose. I just dont like all the pictures being taken of everything in my house. Besides that...we've had no problems. Very happy here.

I will admit that I was not a fan of the application process (took a long time in my opinion, was difficult to get ahold of their office) but the actual living in one of their properties experience has been a good one so far. They've contacted me within hours for maintenance requests and sent knowledgeable, friendly people to manage our issues. The maintenance office folks and workers have all been fantastic, timely, and patient with dealing. Definitely 5* for the service!

I have been with BBRENTS for a yr. Just signed a 2 yr lease. We have no issues at all. I was reluctant to rent with them based on reviews, but much to my surprise I had no issues getting my house and we love it here. We have any issues they respond quickly. Thanks BBRents. ���

Unless you go month to month the rates continue to increase with each lease agreement
As usual... I submitted a maintenance request because some high winds in a heavy storm blew my mailbox away. Snapped the post off at the ground. Came out this afternoon and replaced the whole thing with a brand new post and box. Never an issue when I need something.
Treated me excellent and got me a great house. They are very active. If you see a house you like put in an application and down payment asap before the tour because if you do not it might be rented out before you get a chance to get it.
