I was very good!
RecommendedBB Rents is an okay company. They fixed an issue with the ac that developed in a very reasonable amount of time. (Like the next day.) The only troubling issue that I experienced was they called to check the smoke detectors and when the representative arrived all they did was take pictures of all the rooms. Not one smoke detector was tested. I don't appreciate being lied to. The one time that I called them with a question they were polite and professional.
We rent a home and truly love it No problems with maintenance always quick to respond best Rental Company I have ever dealt with.
Thanks for helping us thru the process. Love our house. Whenever we had issues they have been prompt at replying and if so needed fix. Never had any problems. Thanks again
BBRents has been easy to work with. When we have had any questions we got answers quickly. They worked with us to get us in the house we picked very quickly. Maintenence issues are immediately addressed. And it is quite evident that they put a lot of work updating the house prior to us moving in.
Lived in this house for about three years or so now. We love it. We have had a great time here, except for waiting a year for a new dishwasher because it went out on us. Other than that we have had some moments when rent was late but they worked with us cause it wasn't very long. We don't want to ever move again.
I love my house. The maintenance problems that I have had have been handled immediately. I'm glad I went with Bbrents.
