Payment arrangements can be made for the rent but make sure its on time. And don’t mail in rent as their mailbox is always full. Drop it off or pay online. They are not as bad as everyone says.

B n B rents have always been understanding with arrangements to pay our rent especially since COVID. They would rather let you make your rent in a few payments over a couple weeks then to see your family on the streets and going thru eviction thanks bnb rents from my family to yours!
We appreciate bbrents working with us and our rent. It’s been really tough the last almost year and they’ve been super patient and understanding when we have to pay late or make payment plans for the month.
