Kassandra in the collections department was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful with getting payment arrangements for my rent worked out during the COVID-19 outbreak. She replied to my emails VERY quickly and was very willing to work with payments that worked for my reduced income and also the stakeholders that own/manage my home.
