RecommendedI have been with BBrents for almost 6 years never had an issue. Yesterday I submitted a maintenance order had a small leak from my toilet nothing major (so I thought) was expecting a call on Monday since this was a Sunday to set up time to get it fixed. Within 2 hours Stanley contacted me was out to fix it yesterday and it turned into me needing my entire toilet replaced. BBRents is a great rental company... they have made such tremendous improvements over the last few years. They have a good staff who will go the extra mile to keep tenants happy. We have unfortunately had some after hours issues and maintenance was out the same day, in some cases within the hour. They have gone above and beyond when we've needed anything!
I wanted to give a shout out to our leasing agent Ryan! She never failed to reply to a phone call, email or text and answered every silly question I had with a great attitude . We are very grateful for a gorgeous new home and had a great overall experience. Antwon and Kelly at the office were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. The process can be tedious and frustrating but patience is good thing to practice and good things are indeed worth waiting for and don't always come easy! Thanks for everything Miss Ryan!!
