Payment arrangements can be made for the rent but make sure its on time. And don’t mail in rent as their mailbox is always full. Drop it off or pay online. They are not as bad as everyone says.

B n B rents have always been understanding with arrangements to pay our rent especially since COVID. They would rather let you make your rent in a few payments over a couple weeks then to see your family on the streets and going thru eviction thanks bnb rents from my family to yours!
