To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed in your companies services. Filled out an application a week ago. Said I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Still havent heard anything but you sure took my money. I was even willing to give deposit plus 2 months rent up front. You lost a good customer and tenant. Keep your rental, I'll go somewhere else!
We like our home, and the few people we met were kind and personable. That does not excuse the extremely high rent on poor homes, lack of communication from management, and the disregard of serious maintenance requests. We also detest the weird inspections which “require” them to take many photographs inside the home, of our things. Looking through cabinets, our appliances that we bought, and personal furniture. Listings are outdated, and not kept current. Everything they have listed is already taken. They just want your application fee; my current landlord even confirmed they never contacted him, yet some how my application was approved... these people are con artists.
