Wanted to know if you had to pay for everY adult for a appcaton to rent from you because I have 3 of us and 3 kids that would be 135.00 just to fill out your application
You guys can greatly improve by having more leasing agents. Every rental that I have seen advertised on the web goes through BBrent. With that said, it's pathetic that even with an approved application I STILL cannot receive the help I need to actually GET housing so I can move down there due to work. My leasing agent only replies to me ONCE a day through email, with little effort in moving me towards the next step of actually getting me a home. I paid $45 for my application and for my mother application as well.And when I saw the available houses , their not available their have a deposit on it.And the coming soon they have a deposit on it too.Availables house for rent, it's not available.It's just for loose money and time.
Having trouble just finding the application process. Website itself is not even secure.
This company is so awful! It had been a very long and hard couple of moths because of Covid-19 and they do everything in their power to drain any money they can get from you. They are thieves! They even charge you for maintenance repairs! I am trying to spread the word and warn everyone that I can about this dreadful company. Delayed our application for a full week for no reason before requesting documents. We were told the leasing staff couldn't see our attachments. We were later told the leasing staff were unable to open PDFs, so had to take photos of our documents and email them. We were then told that the house we applied for was taken, despite the leasing agents rushing our application through. We chose another house, which was also taken. We have live in the house going on four years our garage and basement floods every time it rains. Reported numerous times with nothing. We are struggling with the covid and you charge $370 fir an eviction really.
