They are snakes! So they raise your rent every year, change the contract on you without any kind of approval or consent and then try to rope you into longer lease terms by offering a lower raise on your rent. Right now they are telling me my rent will increase by another $30 a month unless I sign a 1 or 2 year lease, at which point it STILL goes up by 15 or 20 dollars. I do not rent from this place but I do live beside one of their rentals. 100% SLUMLORDS.....the people they hire to work on the house beside me are a bunch of clowns.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is a greedy and shady company that I wouldn’t refer anyone to. I am utterly disgusted I have wasted all my time with them to be left with nothing!!!!! I hope they go downhill and shut down !
They have nice homes. Got approved but there website and or website with the homes up for open are not true. Every Time we see a place on it its already taken..
We don’t rent from BBRents but we live next to one of their properties. The property became a rental property in 2013 and since then there have been 3 families. The first family had a party for every possible occasion you can think of and invited their whole extended family. The parties always lasted well past midnight. Police showed up several times. The leasing agent we were assigned was not helpful when we were told to look at houses and look them know what we were interested in were told that all the houses we had packed were pending deposit and to go back online and look it seems that they don’t have any available houses that they are all pending deposit everything is done through text message and email there’s no way to call and talk to anybody they have horrible customer service
