They had no quams about the cash money i gave them personally to put me in a house in front of the big imaginary waiting deposit list they got i bought my spot.

Nowhere to pay rent that the stupid barcodes work, no customer service at all we called a week mtrying to pay rent and after it had past they filed an eviction with me trying to contact them and still trying to contact them withpout getting hung up on. I have a medical condition and ptsd that makes me get a little excited sometimes and im tired of apologizing for it and explaining it. they wouldnt trell me where to p[ay my rent now are trying to evict me after i spent a ton getting in here.

This company is a joke the staff of terrible the homes are all trashy undermainted. Looked at 4 places un the last 7days one had water pouring in from the roof into the bedroom. Another was an apartment which had rat droppings in. The third idk where to even begin. Staff treat you as if your a child and just refer to there website nonstop...leasing agent I've talked to once in 30days literally slums lords and shitty staff.

The ones writing good previews about this BBrents must be realatives and good friends. I've had scheduled visits to see two different houses two different times and way across town to two different cities. The first house was in Fairfield township on Tylersville Road. The keys was in the lock box but however they was not the keys to the house. They are snakes! So they raise your rent every year, change the contract on you without any kind of approval or consent and then try to rope you into longer lease terms by offering a lower raise on your rent. Right now they are telling me my rent will increase by another $30 a month unless I sign a 1 or 2 year lease, at which point it STILL goes up by 15 or 20 dollars. bbrents is scamming people out of application money,perfect scam alot of places are doing it so sad,you pick your place thats been on there wbsite for who knows how long,tell them you like it pay app fees then you get approved then they tell you lots of people are looking at that property,you get put on a waiting list.scam scam scam the house i applied for they told me 2 weeks ago 10 people are looking at it,ok so why isnt it rented,hopefully one day someone like a good lawyer or a government official will take notice to peo... read more

I do not rent from this place but I do live beside one of their rentals. 100% SLUMLORDS.....the people they hire to work on the house beside me are a bunch of clowns.
