I've been renting for 9 months now, and I'm very pleased with the house. Although my stay is very short. Im moving to NY once my lease is up. This company is top notch. I move a lot because of my job. And they made my move so smooth. If my job brings me back this way, They will be the first rental company ill call.

I not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I know a lot of people that rent from BBrents. None of them including me has ever had a problem. From the time we sign a lease til now. and this is 2 years later. Ive never encounter any of these problems that these people are stating on here. The BBrents staff were polite and seemed real professional to me. I had a few problems with my sink and AC, but both mechanics that came out fixed them immediately and i haven't had a problem since. Thank you for taking care of the water leak under our house in a timely manner... All the maintenance men did a great job as well as the supervisor Craig and Melanie for Staying on top of everything to make sure all was completed.....As well a big thanks to Tabitha for making sure I didn't have to cover any cost on the water bill for the leak....And any time I need to talk to someone I always got threw ....I definitely recommend this company as landlords.
About to rent a home here, and I'm very excited! So far the staff have been super friendly and helpful. I just wish they would give me an approximate move in date before I die an excited nervous mess. Can't wait to rent from you!
