Moving from one State to another State isn't easy but they helped me all the way. I had no issues what's so ever.
Kassandra in the collections department was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful with getting payment arrangements for my rent worked out during the COVID-19 outbreak. She replied to my emails VERY quickly and was very willing to work with payments that worked for my reduced income and also the stakeholders that own/manage my home. I would recommend BB Rents to anyone looking to rent a home in the Southwestern Ohio area.
I loved the house
I have been renting with BBRents and they have always been helpful especially with my rent payments. They were always kind and understanding whenever I called. The staff is also very easy to work with whether it is a maintenance issue or just to ask a question. I have never had any problems with BBrents and would recommend them to anyone.

I drive by the same place for work it hasn’t been rented in 2 years. I looked at the property once. A couple years later same take the fees for applying then deny. I’m no rocket scientist but something isn’t right here. There’s multiple people complaining about the same thing. Like I said I drive by it everyday to go to work and nothing. Yet they keep taking fees from who ever Watch yourself with this company all I can say

We wouldn't have a property sit vacant for two years and accept applications or application fees for a property we are not renting. The property just had a move out.
