Crooks!! I've rented from them for past 5 years. Everything is great until you move out. They will keep your full deposit plus add an additional $1000 that you will owe. The basement flooded atleast 5 or 6 times while I lived at 1753 Helen Ave in Hamilton Ohio. I never made a big deal of it the time I stayed. I was told by contractors it would happen every 6 months due to branches growing in the pipes underground. I was charged $500 for a back up that occured the day before I moved out. I’ve had an active application with this company for over a month and haven’t been shown one single property.  They say they will contact me for a showing, but only text an auto message to “apply” to the house first, even though I already have an application with them.  I’ve tried to contact the office multiple times with no call back and have only talked to a person one time.  I regret paying 50.00 application fee.

what's messed up about this real Estate service is that, they Discriminate on the people who has section 8 vouchers. they have a separate list for section 8 vouchers programs that has busted looking houses. If there is a decent house and you are on the program, you do not Qualified for it. Stop categorizing people!!!!!!!!

The property manager Tabitha is horrible can’t get in contact with her ever it’s was mice on the property she came and had them put traps down and I stayed upstairs so they where coming from the family down stairs and she had a basement that got flooded they said they will come fix the windows on it so critters would stop coming in they never came to do that can’t fit your furniture on the property really I had to get my own fridge and stove put in the property manager Tabitha also does illegal practices and just adds fees a... read more

I have been at this property for over five years and I am very disappointed in the maintenance team..we have been struggling with are garage flooding and are downstairs bathroom backing up with sewage and nothing is ever done or fixed.i have several maintenance orders that has never been fixed or even attempted to be fixed.for the amount of money we pay they should be on it..I have toddlers and the issues in this house is unreal...nothing is ever done.

Unfortunately the leak was not fixed and there is still a huge puddle of water in the basement. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.

Many times I was charged way over for couple limbs in my yard. Wasn’t allowed to have my tractor in my driveway. Rents been raised almost 200 dollars in a year and half. Even though I’m going through a huge life event with my son having brain cancer wife not being able to work they will allow me to pay rent late but how am I supposed to pay another $150 extra if I can pay the money I already owe. Also how am I supposed to turn around and pay 1700 a month with 4 children and wife and just my income a week after I pay it late.... read more
