I was a tenant on Burbank Dr in Dayton OH.The house is infested with mice and bats..I complained several times during my stay and nothing was done.. They are easy to get a house from but they suck at maintaining their homes..When I moved out they took my refrigerator and stove and refuse to let me back in to get it.Horrible company to rent from

Your listings said dogs and cat are ok. We put in our application with the info and picture of our dog. We do the walkthrough with Tom while we go over and sign the lease. Our dog was with us and he didn't say anything about dogs not being allowed. Few months of renting we get a rude text message from a woman named "Tabitha" saying we need to pay more since dogs aren't allowed and we have to sign a new lease. This rental company will scam you out of your deposit. If you plan on being a responsible tenant like I was for 3 years, and take care of the property like I did for 3 years, they will still find a way out of getting you your money. They actually kept $240 dollars of my security deposit to "clean the windows" and $140 to "clean the yard". They then proceeded to charge me another $140 for a dirty air filter that was brand new!!! This place needs shut down.

Bbrents is full a crap when it comes to maintenance. My basement drains backed up with waste water and human feces and I can't use no water to do laundry, dishes or bathe because it makes the situation worse.It was the 3rd day and no one still hasn't come.

I'm currently a resident I would say everything was going good then mice started getting in my house. Maintenence came out several times looked at it tried to seal up little holes by the back door and front door no success then they were nesting in my stove bbrents bought me stove and took my other one knowing the mice were not my fault. Don came out the maintenence supervisor which was the result in getting stove. He was suppose to take care of it as he told me he would, reschedule appointments with me at last minute. I was told I was the first person to call on a house and that Tom would get in touch with me to finalize everything. Never got a call so called them and the agent told me that I was not the first person and that I was given incorrect information. I’m not happy at all. Especially since I’ve been trying for almost a year to get a place thru your company.

Terrible service I think these people are a scam they barely answer the phone told me I was Approve for the apartment and to get the electric Turn in my name and the leasing agent Tom will contact me and I haven’t heard from him and that’s what they keep saying will not be renting from them and i suggest y’all to run.

Been trying to get in contact with my leasing agent for weeks now and nothing. Tried contacting the office as well and still nothing.

They had no quams about the cash money i gave them personally to put me in a house in front of the big imaginary waiting deposit list they got i bought my spot.
