This company is so awful! It had been a very long and hard couple of moths because of Covid-19 and they do everything in their power to drain any money they can get from you. They are thieves! They even charge you for maintenance repairs! I am trying to spread the word and warn everyone that I can about this dreadful company. Delayed our application for a full week for no reason before requesting documents. We were told the leasing staff couldn't see our attachments. We were later told the leasing staff were unable to open PDFs, so had to take photos of our documents and email them. We were then told that the house we applied for was taken, despite the leasing agents rushing our application through. We chose another house, which was also taken. We have live in the house going on four years our garage and basement floods every time it rains. Reported numerous times with nothing. We are struggling with the covid and you charge $370 fir an eviction really.
Looking for application
Not a great experience. Have been trying to get something fixed in our rental with months. Very disappointing.
By my second year in the home my bathroom ceiling started forming mold along with my basement walls. When I called to have it fixed the maintenance person showed once and did not return. I was charged over 200.00 in 2013 In late fees I proved I did not owe but was still bullied into paying it. Then again 2 years after. The person in charge of billing admitted in an email that I was being charged because she put my rent into their system after she received it. Then later stated she would not fix it. I love all the fake reviews this company is using. If you look at there facebook page you can see a very long list of all the scams and issues this company has. Do not rely on this site for reviews. Look around.!! be safe! they are known to take application fees for homes they do not even any association with, The ones they do they do not do maintenance work and have been known to show up unannounced and take pictures of everything in you home.
Literally the worse realty company to ever rent from. My leasing agent Nikki Coleman is by far the worst. They approved me for a application and the particular house I was inquiring about but then turned around 3 days later and said the house has a waiting list? It’s been over 20 days and Nikki Coleman haven’t responded to a email or voice mail.
To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed in your companies services. Filled out an application a week ago. Said I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Still havent heard anything but you sure took my money. I was even willing to give deposit plus 2 months rent up front. You lost a good customer and tenant. Keep your rental, I'll go somewhere else!
