If I could give negative stars I would. This is a greedy and shady company that I wouldn’t refer anyone to. I am utterly disgusted I have wasted all my time with them to be left with nothing!!!!! I hope they go downhill and shut down !
They have nice homes. Got approved but there website and or website with the homes up for open are not true. Every Time we see a place on it its already taken..
We don’t rent from BBRents but we live next to one of their properties. The property became a rental property in 2013 and since then there have been 3 families. The first family had a party for every possible occasion you can think of and invited their whole extended family. The parties always lasted well past midnight. Police showed up several times. The leasing agent we were assigned was not helpful when we were told to look at houses and look them know what we were interested in were told that all the houses we had packed were pending deposit and to go back online and look it seems that they don’t have any available houses that they are all pending deposit everything is done through text message and email there’s no way to call and talk to anybody they have horrible customer service

We paid almost $500 becouse our heater broke and we had to stay in a hotel for 3 days and kennel our dogs becouse it couldnt be fixed for 5 days! It's been between 5° and 37° and now they say it wont be till tomorrow!! Instead of taking the money off our rent they just pushed it back 2 weeks! Our house is soooo cold and they dont care!
Our heater stopped working and they sent maintenance. A part was needed that would not be in for 3 or 4 days in the dead of winter. When asked what we could do, they didnt do much. They pushed our rent back a few days. So we had to use our rent money to kennel our dogs and rent a hotel becouse it was literally 5°F outside! So we spent almost $500 for a hotel and kennel for 3 nights becouse the house we rent was unlivable. I’m pretty sure that this company is writing their own “ good” reviews. They are a joke & will scam you , do yourself a favor and run !! Very unprofessional & every house they have ... EVEN. The new listings are gone when the post them . They are making a living off of having people fill out applications . I wouldn’t recommend this company to my Pet Dog . I will make sure that they are investigated. I’ve been doing my research on them and the scamming has to come to a stop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

First thing I don't understand the phone numbers you guys have connected to your website needs to be updated ❗second thing is I notice y'all got a property that says it's available on the 6th of November but somebody live in there so can I still go see it?? Then several postings on several different sites with the words "coming soon" when people are looking for a place to move coming soon isn't what we want to hear we wanna no if the place is available or not 👈 why advertise property's that ain't ready makes no sense.....an... read more
