Bbrents is full a crap when it comes to maintenance. My basement drains backed up with waste water and human feces and I can't use no water to do laundry, dishes or bathe because it makes the situation worse.It was the 3rd day and no one still hasn't come.

I'm currently a resident I would say everything was going good then mice started getting in my house. Maintenence came out several times looked at it tried to seal up little holes by the back door and front door no success then they were nesting in my stove bbrents bought me stove and took my other one knowing the mice were not my fault. Don came out the maintenence supervisor which was the result in getting stove. He was suppose to take care of it as he told me he would, reschedule appointments with me at last minute. I was told I was the first person to call on a house and that Tom would get in touch with me to finalize everything. Never got a call so called them and the agent told me that I was not the first person and that I was given incorrect information. I’m not happy at all. Especially since I’ve been trying for almost a year to get a place thru your company.

Terrible service I think these people are a scam they barely answer the phone told me I was Approve for the apartment and to get the electric Turn in my name and the leasing agent Tom will contact me and I haven’t heard from him and that’s what they keep saying will not be renting from them and i suggest y’all to run.
Been trying to get in contact with my leasing agent for weeks now and nothing. Tried contacting the office as well and still nothing.

They had no quams about the cash money i gave them personally to put me in a house in front of the big imaginary waiting deposit list they got i bought my spot.
Nowhere to pay rent that the stupid barcodes work, no customer service at all we called a week mtrying to pay rent and after it had past they filed an eviction with me trying to contact them and still trying to contact them withpout getting hung up on. I have a medical condition and ptsd that makes me get a little excited sometimes and im tired of apologizing for it and explaining it. they wouldnt trell me where to p[ay my rent now are trying to evict me after i spent a ton getting in here.
This company is a joke the staff of terrible the homes are all trashy undermainted. Looked at 4 places un the last 7days one had water pouring in from the roof into the bedroom. Another was an apartment which had rat droppings in. The third idk where to even begin. Staff treat you as if your a child and just refer to there website nonstop...leasing agent I've talked to once in 30days literally slums lords and shitty staff.

The ones writing good previews about this BBrents must be realatives and good friends. I've had scheduled visits to see two different houses two different times and way across town to two different cities. The first house was in Fairfield township on Tylersville Road. The keys was in the lock box but however they was not the keys to the house.
