Worse then one star Disgraceful… as I have now seen in other reviews this company has over charged despite requests to cancel when our contract was finished and email confirmation was received but they kept taking payments. Now they won’t return our money (about $4,000) and also can’t and won’t provide our initial contract details. They are scammers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Do not use this company. You will enter into a contract which expires at a certain date and unless you give notice 90 days prior you then have to wait 9 months before you can get out of the contract.

The worst company I have dealt with in 20years in the profession. Avoid this company at all costs. Our dental practice signed up for their service only to discover that the majority of the promised functions didn't work in our region. Under their contract, we had to provide 3months written notice prior to the end of the subscription period - we did this multiple times and were ignored. WHAT REFUND! Birdeye fails to deliver yet again! It is now THREE WEEKS on after Birdeye have said they would refund the money spent on the services they did not provide. It always astounds me how quickly they take your money and now the drag on getting any money returned is a constant chasing them with emails, with responses stating the refund is being processed.

Revolting disgusting company with no moral compass. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I would give negative stars if I could. Due to significant health issues I have been trying for months to ensure my contract was not renewed at the annual renewal period, I have been ignored repeatedly, even after having provided medical certificates. This company continues to charge my bank account after me begging for their assistance.

COMPANY MAKES IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL STAY AWAY! This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. They were all happy and good to sign me up and get me cracking but when I decided it wasn’t for me I emailed before the 90 days that was specified to cancel. I was told it couldn’t be over email and had to be a call. I took the first call and was offered a reduced price instead of cancelling I said I want to cancel. Birdeye Don’t Deliver Birdeye has failed to deliver on the products it claims to provide. The communication is poor, and they have not resolved any issues we have with them. The response to cancelling our contract has fallen on deaf ears. The monthly fee has been taken from my account even though the cancellation email was sent prior to the date it was taken. No response after several emails, hoping this complaint will provide some insight at getting the issue resolved and money back.

Bird Eye are scammers Won't let me cancel. This is an actual scam, this place is horrible. Please please don't get trapped, they refuse to let you out of contracts and the integrations are horrible.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS see also the reviews on Trustpilot website… Just like similar reviews on Trustpilot website WARNING TO EVERYONE this company will lock you in and make cancellation EXTREMELY HARD then they will say you can't cancel because you didn't cancel on time.
