Robbery Don’t ever use this company, they offer the world and do absolutely zero for you. Tried to cancel our contract 8months in with no luck.. Still taking money for nothing… Don’t not use this company.

Stealing!!! I had a 12 month contract that has expired however Birdeye direct debited another monthly payment and now it has been over a month and no refund. You can't get through when you contact them, you have to just leave a message and who knows when they are going to call you back!!
Frauds I would not recommend this company. When it came time to cancel I was told I needed another 12 months for my contract had re started and only wanted a 12 month contract to see if I could increase work. I was never even informed about this. I have had to get another job for I’m so quiet. Can’t afford to pay the home lone or car repayments or medical bills for the children they don’t care. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I could give 0 stars I would. Once this company was bought out about 12 months ago is when it turned to rot. I signed up for a 12 month evergreen contract, and they clearly stated that they would be in contact with me every few months and they would let me know when the contract was coming to an end so I could choose to opt out if needed. ‘You wouldn’t be left to my own devices’ and the renewal notice wouldn’t ’sneak up on you’ was the exact words I have proof of this conversation on a rec... read more
Avoid! Shady company Almost no benefit to my business. After the 12 months was up and I wanted to cancel they are saying I’ve automatically signed up for another 12 months, received no notice or communication, and it’s impossible to get anyone in the phone.
DONT SIGN UP WITH BIRDEYE I have finally been able to cancel a 12 month contract with Birdeye that cost me over A$3000, for absolutely no benefit to my business. I never even got success in using the social posting feature. Not one review came through the platform and the only business lead messages I got through the platform were from chinese scams...
Read The Reviews Below , Do Not Sign Anything Shocking treatment, fully harassed into signing 12 month agreement , funds withdrawn even before I returned the agreement I wish I had never agreed, everything goes to india as soon as you sign,requested release and they try to blame me, they cannot connect me, was fully lied to by sales person. Terrible I have been with Birdeye for months, I have had major issues with my account from day 1 that i had to fix myself. Im currently waiting for a response from customer service. Its been 6 weeks waiting. The time wasted has been ridiculous and if one more of their team tells me they understand my frustration then refuse to follow up Im going to get the rest of my business partners to provide reviews of a similar nature.
