Dishonest business practices Despite being a BirdEye customer since their days as 'Cube,' my satisfaction with their service has dwindled over the past 12 months. Despite numerous meetings and phone calls expressing my discontent, the company has been unresponsive, avoiding communication while still charging us fees without our consent, even after advising them we would not be renewing our contract. Zero stars would be appropriate They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided.

Be careful with them when it comes to payment and invoices I have been with them for almost a year. Wasn't that bad until they dropped the ball about two months ago. The customer service not answering the calls or emails. That applies to account department too. They keep sending you the bill for few months back and hopping for you to pay without questioning them. All Spin - Brokers steer clear We are a mortgage brokerage in Australia who were sold on this by slick sales staff who constantly bad mouthed their competitors. The product is not fit for purpose, after sales support is deplorable, people don't respond, completely disregard or ignore question or concers and even address you by the wrong name. Sales call masquerading as a support call I just received a call from 0405 655 930 stating that they had an inquiry from my company (not true) but some of the details weren't correct and needed to be fixed up. I'm not a fan of cold call sales calls, but then receiving them and the caller trying to trick you into buying their product by making you believe that you filled an inquiry is just unethical.

Frauds and liars Still trying to charge another year. Supplied my recording re sign up and this was from a year ago. Did not notify on the roll over and I missed out by a few day. Would not recommend at all be very careful.

Robbery Don’t ever use this company, they offer the world and do absolutely zero for you. Tried to cancel our contract 8months in with no luck.. Still taking money for nothing… Don’t not use this company.

Stealing!!! I had a 12 month contract that has expired however Birdeye direct debited another monthly payment and now it has been over a month and no refund. You can't get through when you contact them, you have to just leave a message and who knows when they are going to call you back!!

Frauds I would not recommend this company. When it came time to cancel I was told I needed another 12 months for my contract had re started and only wanted a 12 month contract to see if I could increase work. I was never even informed about this. I have had to get another job for I’m so quiet. Can’t afford to pay the home lone or car repayments or medical bills for the children they don’t care.
