Unethical - Dont fall for these guys Very unethical company. Don't fall for this guys, they just want to have you sign the contract and lock you in. They don't care about clients experience and satisfaction. This is the terrible experience that I am having with them.

Avoid at all costs Birdeye is a terrible unresponsive company. I would highly recommend you steer clear of them. Warning bells should have rung, when a company that specialises in reviews doesn’t allow you to review them on Google. My contract has ended, however I cannot get into contact with them to cancel. They are now saying I am automatically re-contracted until September 2024. (I have a contract that states otherwise) I have now been charged $1750AUD after requesting the service to stop. Stick to Podium Upon signing up we had such a horrible experience we had to turn to the ACCC - upon hearing this Birdeye went above and beyond to keep us as customers and even offered us a free period during our contract. Our new account manager was very responsive and did do his best to help us get the most out of the platform although it is quite outdated and is better suited to a smaller business with an old school way of thinking. Rip Off What a rip off. They charged me for services that were never done for nearly 1 year, overcharged for the monthly subscription (which was lucky I picked up on), don't return calls or emails. (Their excuse is that that person does not work there anymore. Must be a high turn around on employees.) Zero stars would be appropriate They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided.

Be careful with them when it comes to payment and invoices I have been with them for almost a year. Wasn't that bad until they dropped the ball about two months ago. The customer service not answering the calls or emails. That applies to account department too. They keep sending you the bill for few months back and hopping for you to pay without questioning them.
