Deceitful liars and professional scam artists I can't believe the United States government allows this company to scam hard-working tax-paying small-business Americans. Unresponsive and apathetic support This company bought the company I had signed up with in 2021. No mention of this takeover was supplied to me. The monthly payments kept coming out with both company names in the invoices then it stopped saying CUBE online. They actually WERE Aussie based and were great at setting up and hosting my website. The gist is shockingly high and it has gone up nearly $100 per month ... Not worth headache terrible, dont sign up before reading all reviews on all other websites. just want to sign up but no way to get out of it. everything is outsourced who have no idea what they are doing. false promises not even able to start up properly after 3 weeks of paying but giving no option to cancel. Unethical - Dont fall for these guys Very unethical company. Don't fall for this guys, they just want to have you sign the contract and lock you in. They don't care about clients experience and satisfaction. This is the terrible experience that I am having with them.

Avoid at all costs Birdeye is a terrible unresponsive company. I would highly recommend you steer clear of them. Warning bells should have rung, when a company that specialises in reviews doesn’t allow you to review them on Google. My contract has ended, however I cannot get into contact with them to cancel. They are now saying I am automatically re-contracted until September 2024. (I have a contract that states otherwise) I have now been charged $1750AUD after requesting the service to stop. Stick to Podium Upon signing up we had such a horrible experience we had to turn to the ACCC - upon hearing this Birdeye went above and beyond to keep us as customers and even offered us a free period during our contract. Our new account manager was very responsive and did do his best to help us get the most out of the platform although it is quite outdated and is better suited to a smaller business with an old school way of thinking. Rip Off What a rip off. They charged me for services that were never done for nearly 1 year, overcharged for the monthly subscription (which was lucky I picked up on), don't return calls or emails. (Their excuse is that that person does not work there anymore. Must be a high turn around on employees.) Then for approximately 3 months, sending me an email saying there was a problem with my payment and the account was overdue, and they had my credit card on file.
