Bird Eye are scammers Won't let me cancel. This is an actual scam, this place is horrible. Please please don't get trapped, they refuse to let you out of contracts and the integrations are horrible.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! How Can Birdeye Treat Customers So Badly...??? How can Birdeye treat customers so badly for a company that bases itself on getting Positive Reviews... It should have been a sign when Birdeye didn't have any Google Reviews and you can't leave one... Poor Customer service. They will not respond to emails even though I can see they have been read. Do not use. Will not cancel your service when they don't deliver. If I could give zero I would. Do not use this company. They will not cancel your subscription and then want you to pay for 2 years when you told them after 3 months the service does not provide what they stated when being signed up. Avoid at all cost. I now need to cancel my credit card to stop further payments. So disappointing that companies can hold you to ransom.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER There is not an option for 0 stars so I guess 1 it is. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to assist us with out account since January 2024. It is now the end of March and no contact or resolution. Emails get ignored and phone calls do get returned even when told they will. The customer service teams when calling cannot do anything to help and just waste time on hold. DO NOT USE THIS INDIAN COMPANY DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE SERVICE. It’s a scam. The company was sold in 2023 and customer service is pathetic. When you call the number that is given on the website doesn’t matter what you call for technical support, accounts or billing same Indian guy answer the phone for all matters. Deceitful liars and professional scam artists I can't believe the United States government allows this company to scam hard-working tax-paying small-business Americans.
