COMPANY MAKES IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL STAY AWAY! This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. They were all happy and good to sign me up and get me cracking but when I decided it wasn’t for me I emailed before the 90 days that was specified to cancel. Birdeye Don’t Deliver Birdeye has failed to deliver on the products it claims to provide. The communication is poor, and they have not resolved any issues we have with them. The response to cancelling our contract has fallen on deaf ears. The monthly fee has been taken from my account even though the cancellation email was sent prior to the date it was taken. No response after several emails, hoping this complaint will provide some insight at getting the issue resolved and money back.

Bird Eye are scammers Won't let me cancel. This is an actual scam, this place is horrible. Please please don't get trapped, they refuse to let you out of contracts and the integrations are horrible.

Do not use. Will not cancel your service when they don't deliver. If I could give zero I would. Do not use this company. They will not cancel your subscription and then want you to pay for 2 years when you told them after 3 months the service does not provide what they stated when being signed up. Avoid at all cost. I now need to cancel my credit card to stop further payments. So disappointing that companies can hold you to ransom.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER There is not an option for 0 stars so I guess 1 it is. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to assist us with out account since January 2024. It is now the end of March and no contact or resolution. Emails get ignored and phone calls do get returned even when told they will.
