Do not use. Will not cancel your service when they don't deliver. If I could give zero I would. Do not use this company. They will not cancel your subscription and then want you to pay for 2 years when you told them after 3 months the service does not provide what they stated when being signed up. Avoid at all cost. I now need to cancel my credit card to stop further payments. So disappointing that companies can hold you to ransom.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER There is not an option for 0 stars so I guess 1 it is. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to assist us with out account since January 2024. Unresponsive and apathetic support This company bought the company I had signed up with in 2021. No mention of this takeover was supplied to me. The monthly payments kept coming out with both company names in the invoices then it stopped saying CUBE online. They actually WERE Aussie based and were great at setting up and hosting my website. The gist is shockingly high and it has gone up nearly $100 per month ... Not worth headache terrible, dont sign up before reading all reviews on all other websites. just want to sign up but no way to get out of it. everything is outsourced who have no idea what they are doing. false promises not even able to start up properly after 3 weeks of paying but giving no option to cancel.
