We stayed at 1883 Beachside Tennis a few weeks ago. The property was beautiful! The view inside and out was gorgeous. Beach Properties contacted us while there to make sure we were happy with everything. We have rented with them multiple times and will continue doing so. We spent 3 months at ****Villamare. The views from the lanais are spectacular. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beach Properties was so easy to work with. Any issue was addressed immediately. Our main contact at Beach Properties was Stacey S****. We cannot say enough about her professionalism. We are looking forward to returning in the fall of 2024. Dave T

We just finished a 6 day stay at *** Barrington Park, we were very happy with the villa. It was very clean, updated & everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable, wonderful shower. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The view of the lagoon was so relaxing. We have booked with Beach Properties for several years, several times a year & have always been very satisfied. We highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed!

We rented 8 Longboat in ************** from Beach Properties in February and it was fabulous!Great location on the front beach and wonderful responsiveness from Beach Properties to every request.We would certainly return!

We recently stayed in a beautiful 3rd floor Villa in South Beach at Hilton Head Island with Beach Properties. The Villa had spectacular views, nice furniture, and very nice amenities. It was a great location. We received a very fair rental rate for this 3 Bedroom unit. Beach Properties was great to work with, from the initial reservation to checkout. We would absolutely recommend Beach Properties. We have used them before, this most recent trip was great, and we will use them again in the future.

We just recently stayed at **********************************, this was our 3rd stay in this great condo. It was renovated last year & is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked, the *************** very comfortable. The condo is very neat & clean. The master ***************** are amazing! The view from the balcony is great. Enjoyed working with BP and have rented from them several times. The process of booking and arrival/departure is seamless. The properties are clean and well maintained. Our most recent booking at ***Barrington Court was wonderful. Ocean front - with a wrap around balcony over looking the ocean. I enjoyed listening to the waves at night. It was clean and well stocked. I'd definitely return .

We have used Beach Properties for several years. We booked with them 4 times during 2023. Our last stay was Christmas week in ************************************. This is a nice property in a great location. The under building parking with conveniently located elevator makes in and out easy.
