We stayed at ***************************************** in July 2023. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for our family of 4. Easy walk to beach and pool. Would highly recommend. Weve rented through Beach Properties of Hilton Head many times and they are our favorite rental company!

We stayed at ************** Arms and it was a beautiful newly renovated oceanfront condo. Everything was in perfect condition and we enjoyed our stay. I always love staying in ************** and usually stay in the Windsor buildings. This was our first time in Barrington and we loved it just as much. Beachfront Properties is the best management company to rent from. The management company supplied a lot of towels for both the condo and the beach. We stayed at **************. Great oceanfront condos on the beach. Condos are roomy & pool is nice. Nice place to walk or ride bikes.

We stayed at3103 Sea Crest. Check-in was a breeze because they emailed us the code to the door so we could enter the villa immediately upon arrival, and they mailed us our parking passes well in advance. Beach Properties of Hilton Head called us after we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. They supplied starter packs of dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and clothes detergent/dryer sheets. I have rented from Beach Properties multiple times and have always been pleased with their service and attention to details. I like that they call during your vacation to see if you need anything or if they can do anything. Their houses are always so clean and comfortable that we will continue to use them for future visits.
