Paula D. This year in April 2024 we stayed in Barrington Park ***. My husband stayed the weekend and then I stayed for the week by myself. ***was just lovely. The porch was the perfect location for viewing turtles in the pond. I also enjoyed my morning coffee there as well as my happy hour. The ocean close by is great but you can’t best the beauty of that fountain in the pond and how relaxing it is. This was our second 2 week rental at *************. We look forward to returning for a 3rd stay.I want to single out **** from Beach Properties guest services. The unit beside ours had a mechanical issue that created a problem for us. **** worked above and beyond to resolve it so we could continue to enjoy our stay.

Just WOW!! I dont even know where to begin- this house was amazing! There were 9 of us there for spring break & we had so much room for all! Everything was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked- we loved having 2 refrigerators. The beds were wonderful as well as the showers. The outdoor space was perfect for all of us, a lot of time spent out there. 2512 Windsor II is a delightful property. It is bright and well furnished. The two bathrooms were totally remodeled which was a great surprise. Beach Properties is in contact from the time you check in. And the check in process is seamless. I will be renting this property for the third time. Were very happy there!
We spent eight weeks at ************* 301 in February and March 2024. Our condo was perfect for us, with updated furniture and finishes, well appointed kitchen and great primary suite shower! We have been visiting Hilton Head for 30+ years, including previously owning our own property in **************, so we appreciate the thoroughness of maintenance of the condo and property grounds. We have booked our stay for next winter, and are looking forward to our next visit.
We have used Beach Properties for the past eight years. The homes have always been clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed.The customer service is top notch! Any minor issues were addressed immediately .We have already booked for 2025!
