I had an appointment for service at 10:20 am yesterday, I received a text of confirmation, and I got a call from them at 8.17am same day. When I got there Maria (who was very nice ) told me there was not appointment for my car and I told her that how that's possible, she went to check with her manager and he could not find the appointment I made. I don't like the new place every time I go there same service they charge me different price going high I like north Toyota service is fair ppl friendly!!!
I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep, I informed me that I needed an alignment, which I agreed. Then the service representative said that the mechanic said he needed to charge me for another additional service fee of $159 for the tire rotation. I refused service and got my oil change and tire balance and left. Very disappointed in the up charge.
I was charged ALOT of money for something that was not covered under warranty because I had missed it by 7000 miles only to have the same issue happen after paying and leaving the dealership

Requested a diagnoses for a rattling sound which they were unable to provide.
After contacting the dealership the sales rep said the listing I inquired about did not exist.
It took a long time to get just an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment at 11:30, so we dropped off the car and just went for a couple of errands and the service manager said he will call or text us when ready. Then about 4 hours later someone calls and asks if we needed any additional work done to the car and we declined. And then after another 30 to 45 minutes later we get a call saying the car was ready.
