1 star is too generous and given for the fact that at least l have my vehicle back. Poor customer service, poor attempts for customer relationship, poor communication with customer, poor communication within department, poor availability, poor morale, poor accessibility by phone, poor thoroughness/completion (tire returned without aftermarket valve stem cover). Abundance of negative reviews circulating are well earned
Absolutely awful. Ill never go back to this service place. I sat for 5 hours waiting for my car, only to realize I had to be at work and I went to get my car and they told me they hadnt serviced it yet. Ill never go back to beaman Toyota service.
Took 4 and a half hours, after being told I would out in less than 2. I had to check on my vehicle multiple times, and each time something had fallen through the cracks and it took longer. I even saw them roll my tire out, 45 minutes after it was already supposed to be done. Terrible communication and they acted like they didn't care at all. Missed my lunch reservation, as well as the second reservation I made when I knew I would miss my first. Not going back, will drive to Franklin next time.
No follow up by salesman looked at the car, never called back on a price. Daniel was the salesman.
