My only two problems were the restaurant. My wife and I got food poisoning from the tri tip. The other is that the pool and hot tub, the reason why I choose that hotel were not open. Long story short, I left a whole day early because of those two things. I spend the whole night in the restroom with diarrhea and vomiting, so did my wife. That was horrible.

Some problems Room 213 has a few problems. First the hair dryer did not work. Secondly the noise from the rain water crashing down the nearby downspout woke us up at 1:30am and kept us up until the rain stopped. The noise was loud. The restaurant was excellent. Ate dinner and breakfast there. Would stay there again but not near a downspout.

The room and facility was great but the parking was not fun for ADA. We had a tall van and had to park across the street and haul our stuff in the rain. It wasn’t fun.

Good and Bad Beautiful room very comfortable bed; inviting lobby and restaurant. I was very disappointed that the pool was extremely cloudy. You could not see the bottom and the hot tub was broken. No sign around to inform guests that it was broken. No, the compensation was offered for the inconvenience of all the facilities, not being functional.

A couple things I did like about the property were 1. The food in the dining was decent. Their halibut special was very good. 2. The room was large and updated. 3. The covered garage parking was nice, especially since it was rainy. Things I think can improve 1. I was placed in a room on the first floor because I had my small dog. That night though we both kept getting woken up at least every 30 minutes because of the people walking or running down the hallway. I slept terribly. 2. The staff is not friendly. I think you’re supposed to feel welcome not a burden. I felt like I was just a burden to the staff who checked me in. An older lady with glasses, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Even though I needed help with something, I decided not to ask I didn’t want to deal with her. Took away from the hotel experience.
