Safe and clean enough. Restaurants and casino are nice Had to pay extra plus put down deposit for pet. View room on first floor is a view of cars.
The Hotel is nice, rooms are below average pretty much like a motel 6, room are not clean and very smelly , Front desk employees are rude and not welcoming, if you asking questions they will answer by yes or no they not volunteer any extra info, they just let you feel they don’t have any patience for you, Other workers are pretty nice but most of them don’t have any customers service experience.

It was a non-smoking hotel and casino, which since we both don't smoke it was really a pleasure
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced while traveling across all variations of employees; security, front desk check-in, casino employees, and bartender. Not sure if everyone is just over vigilante due to COVID or they just hate dealing with people but not-a-one employee we had contact with was pleasant, the worst was check in. Be prepared to show your ID when returning to your room from anywhere outside of the building, no ID no entry into the building regardless if you're staying in their hotel. Sincere... read more
I paid $50 more for an for an Ocean view instead of a mountain view. My view was not what i expected. It was a view of a creek alongside a gas station. The heater dripped all night long. I had to stuff my ears with tissue and wrap my sweater around my head to stop the tortures dripping sound. It was 2am and i didn't feel like moving rooms. Then in the morning the toilet wouldn't flush. Very embarrassing. I talked to the fron desk about it when I was checking out and she said my room was a Valley view. Ok so reimburse me.
