Well talk about no customer service experience. Got greeted with a long face with by the front desk. After driving for a couple hours from a business trip. We checked in late around 11pm and I got was ID…. And went into an awkward silence until she says ok here is your room keys….. Btw its our 1st time here I had to tell her… while where are your rooms located… oh turn that way …. ( Which way lady) I was just so exhausted I didn’t have the energy to engage in this poor service and I guess I would figure it out. We get there ... read more

Staff gave me the runaround about my early check out and never gave me a follow up call as promised! I put my name on a list for a table at the restaurant. They told me 20 to 25 minutes 40 minutes later returned to see what was taking so long. They apologized and told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I returned to tell them to take my name off the list, and all the sudden they had a table for me and my coworker. Will not return!

Poor resturant selection choices, border line rude greeter in restaurant. Poor selection of slot machines and minimum bets allowed on slots. Casino was very small.

Lots of potential but obviously no pride or attention to detail. Room had many basic maintenance issues. When reported I was met with apathy. Trash around the entrance. Lights in the parking area missing or broken. Not again.
