Property is very noisy, which is to be expected at a casino, however, not in the rooms. Room was dirty, hole in wall, bathroom floor dirty. Staff in all areas of property were very friendly.

Rude check in staff. The bathroom was dirty like it has not been swept nor the shower stall was clean.
Quiet
We arrived after 10 pm. The casino was not very busy, Wed night, but the front desk claimed their were rooms with king beds as ordered available unless we paid $50 more. We slept in 2 queen room. The room was fairly new, but smelled bad, beer & nasty body odor. My wife sprayed her perfume to overcome it. Staff overall was unfriendly, band new elevators dirty & stunk like beer bad body odor. We’ll never stay there again.
The casino was having issues with there systems. It took forever to get my money off
Came here as a pit stop on our way to Oregon. We wanted a clean hotel nice hotel for our kids and ourselves. Didn't realize house keeping was going to steal from us! Started off bad during check-in. Girl at front desk said the family center is open until 10pm. Kids went there after check-in. It was almost 9 when they arrived. They purchased the play card only to be told after their purchase that the place closes at 9. We lost all that money since we are never going back. Check-in was a complete disaster. Front desk personnel completely disappeared and left a long line of customers waiting for more than 20 minutes. No explanation and no apologies. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Unimpressed with the rest of the staff as well. Room was nice and location was good.
The walls are very thin... We had a group next door that were up all night partying. They set off their fire alarm at 4am - smoking in their room. You could hear every word, they might as well have been in our room with us. Needless to say, not much sleep was had.
