We bought a queen bed and a chest one week ago...low and behold they sold us a piece of furniture that doesn't exist. They tried to give us a plasma tv stand instead of a chest. It turns out they only carry the bed and they do not carry the chest. I guess we had a sleazy salesman just trying to make a sale. Wow. It has been a LONG time since my last review, and that should go to show how absolutely enraged I am with BEL Furniture. They are the WORST! We picked out a couch from them last week and had it delivered yesterday in very poor condition. I was so distraught that I wanted to return the couch, not exchange it. Now, I knew there were going to be random fees (delivery, restocking, etc) that would not make this an attractive option and we would have to exchange instead, and so to be clear I am not complaining about the pol... read more
Terrible customer service. The purchase was easy, just went in to buy a mattress at the advertised price, no problem. However pickup was less than efficient or organized. After I purchased I was told it wouldn't be in for a week, this info would have been helpful to know up front. On the day it was supposed to come in I called the warehouse and was put on hold for ever. Hang up, redial, on hold again, then disconnected. It took over four phone calls to speak to a human, crazy.
