This place is a scam. Pretty surprised as to how they are still open. Don't waste your time or money here (it'll be a waste because they have terrible customer service and a 25% re-stocking fee even if they mess delivery up)

Watching a co-worker who lost everything to Harvey argue with this company's customer service about her furniture delivery- they didnt honor their delivery date, now want to charge her 85$ because she wants to cancel her order after having nothing but problems with these people!!!!!

Joining the one star group. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Called in to get a price check while on the road. Was put on hold to talk to a sales person pulled into the parking lot and was still on hold walked in the store while still on hold they are all sitting on the couches. Someone says hey, so and so (don't remember the name) answer the phone she says "I don't feel like it you answer it" What are the odds that I would walk in the store as she's saying that while I'm the one on hold. They had me place an order for 2 pieces that they didn't even have. It's been a real headache dealing with them, not only that, because of their mess up they're trying to charge me more money to pick out more pieces. I promise you, NEVER BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE.

I've read the reviews before heading into the store but still decided to check it out anyways. I receive flyers from Bel Furniture frequently and because I'm on a hunt for several new pieces, I thought it wouldn't hurt to look around. The first thing you see after entering are staff sitting on multiple sofas waiting on customers. Went to buy furniture and it was not ready until 3 weeks then they delivered and they forgot one of my purchase orders then they expected me to get off work again for the next delivery which I couldn't and their suggestion was give my key to the neighbor to let them in I told them to deliver after 5 since it was their mistake and negligence that it was forgotten the first time they refused they wanted me to leave work on my lunch time to come and accommodate them when it was their stupid negligence so then I called you get a... read more

Well let me join the growing list of screwed over customers who have endured poor customer service from Bel. My wife and I actually bought and paid with credit card for a Full Size bedroom set on Memorial Weekend for our 3 year old son. It got delivered today 06/05 over one week later which was no big deal but the mattress was absolutely drenched. I was not at home and my wife received. DON'T BUY FROM BEL unless you want to pay high price for cheap, low quality furniture. The bedroom set that was purchased 3 months ago is broken. Took a month and a half for them to fix and install (when I insisted that they needed to be replaced). They installed the refurbished piece knowing that they will break again and didn't even bother to take it back. I hate that I have to even give them one star. 0/5 stars. Worst customer service I have ever got in my life. The assistant manager was extremely rude. I would never recommend anybody to buy furniture from here. Horrible employees as well. This place is garbage!
