Worst furniture store ever!!!! I paid over $1500 in furniture and they promised to have it delivered in 4 days. They called and said the furniture came in damaged and they were getting a new shipment in in two days. They never called back to tell us when our stuff would be delivered. It's been a month and now after many many calls, we finally got to talk to a manager. I highly recommend to avoid this store at all costs. Unless u want to pay $90 for shipping and have to wait a month for your purchase... Very unhappy...
The worst furniture company that I visited in my life. Bad customer service, bad quality furniture, horrible sales people, worst manager to sum it up. Never think of buying anything from here. There are lot better furniture shops around Houston. I purchased couple of items during thanks giving sale and I have to fight with them for each and every time when they delivered the product. I donno if there is a choice to give ZERO or NEGATIVE. During delivery, i found that there are cracks and dents on the furniture. When i called them, they said not to worry and asked me to send the pictures. After sending them 3 emails, absolutely no response from them. I tried calling them several times with no luck. Now, after raising a dispute with credit card, they came back and forcing me to choose different furniture that to with in 5 days because they don't have same model in stock. I have never been so frustrated with a company. If you buy something, you better be sure you like it because if you want to return it even before its delivered they wont. They tell you to pick something else and their furniture is bad quality, so they keep your money. They wont let you get a hold of the owner. They don't care if you are not happy with what you got, no one will take care of your situation. i wish I could give them negative stars! Worst customer service, ever! I bought a full leather 7 piece sectional, one of their higher priced sets and they made me wait almost a week for delivery. When the driver called he only gave me a 15 minute notice that he would be at my house; I had just sat down at a restaurant with coworkers for lunch and was not at my office or near my car. I purchased a 2 piece sectional with ottoman, dining room set and king headboard in September of 2015. Everything has been holding up fine, except the sectional. Now let me remind you guys, only me and fiancé live in our home. We both are gone from about 6 am to 6pm daily. We are in bed no later than 10. This sectional gets very minimal usage. Only shop here if you don't need your furniture for months! The salesman told me we would have our couches in two weeks, going on week six and still no couches. Terrible customer service, they just lie every time you call.
Their customer service when it comes to returning a furniture is HORRIBLE! The will try to do and say whatever to charge you that 25% restocking fee even if u returned it within that 72 hrs! I will Never buy another furniture from them again! If I can rate them no star, I would!
Inspect everything upon delivery!!!! Horrible customer service! BEWARE of damages to you house
