i wish I could give them negative stars! Worst customer service, ever! I bought a full leather 7 piece sectional, one of their higher priced sets and they made me wait almost a week for delivery. When the driver called he only gave me a 15 minute notice that he would be at my house; I had just sat down at a restaurant with coworkers for lunch and was not at my office or near my car. I purchased a 2 piece sectional with ottoman, dining room set and king headboard in September of 2015. Everything has been holding up fine, except the sectional. Now let me remind you guys, only me and fiancé live in our home. We both are gone from about 6 am to 6pm daily. We are in bed no later than 10. This sectional gets very minimal usage. Only shop here if you don't need your furniture for months! The salesman told me we would have our couches in two weeks, going on week six and still no couches. Terrible customer service, they just lie every time you call.

Their customer service when it comes to returning a furniture is HORRIBLE! The will try to do and say whatever to charge you that 25% restocking fee even if u returned it within that 72 hrs! I will Never buy another furniture from them again! If I can rate them no star, I would!

Horrible place!!! Do not order anything! They gave my daughter the runaround her furniture was not ready when it was said to be ready we came all the way from Spring Texas with a trailer and furniture was not ready we had to gripe about it to get the furniture. Initially I called day prior to confirm it would be ready, yes it was ready. Arrived with trailer not ready!!!! Very unorganized company!!!#

For God sake, never ever buy from BEL Furniture, especially from 10516 Katy Fwy location. Horrible to worst service, The Manager Ronald is fraud person. I bought a sofa set, which was on sale for 1110 dollars This sofa is made of Microfibric material. Another sofa set of different fabric was also on sale for 698 dollars, I chose the microfibric one paid 1100 $ and 99 $ for delivery plus tax. I've been dealing with Abel Furniture for 8 years and love the furniture selection and quality for most items in their inventory. I recently purchased furniture for my daughter who traveled to Texas from La for furniture since they have quality furniture at great prices above and beyond stores in La. Anyway...as I've found out with this transaction, they oversell their stock and can't necessarily backorder to get what you paid for. For God sake, never ever buy from BEL Furniture, especially from 10516 Katy Fwy location. Horrible to worst service, false promise & non-quality material. I had bought Entertainment system in 2013 and got a defective one, upon several phone calls got a replacement which is worse than the original one, so we have been living with that.
