I wish I could give them a zero. This is my 1st and last time ordering from this company. All of the employees are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. It has taken over 3 weeks for delivery, but they had to reschedule the delivery because there were missing components in the box. I never received a call for the time frame, but when I called the associate was frustrated and said I was rude. They are absolutely disgraceful and shouldn't be in business.

This company is horrible! I was disrespected so badly by two of their employees at the Clearlake location. Reyna and Anna were very rude to me on several occasions. Reyna interrupted me very rudely while I was explaining to her about my torn sectional that I have a warranty on. I also had the phone literally hung up in my face by Anna. In my opinion management is very good there but customer service must follow procedures and sometimes it can be confusing to our customers and with confusion comes frustration. So I used to think Bel furniture had some of the best quality furniture. Boy was I wrong. I bought a living room set for $2000.00 plus I purchased the 5 years warranty. Well that was a joke. My father purchased a sofa from Bel Furniture about a year ago. First, they sent him a broken used piece of furniture from their showroom, which he had to have exchanged for a new piece. Do not buy from Bel Furniture. Save yourself the hassle. We had a terrible experience after purchasing a mattress set. The sales rep was not truthful or knowledgeable and the manager was extremely rude. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to buy from Bel please read the fine print on whatever you sign very carefully and ask for a copy of it.
Dishonest sales tactics Sales associate Maria F. Lied to me about the price of a sofa set in order to obtain a sale. Upon checking my electronically emailed receipt after leaving the store I noticed an almost $200 difference in pricing. I bought furniture there about 2 years ago. After the first time sitting on the couch I noticed it felt like my butt was itching. I played it off as it was the material.
