I purchased a small living room set, a regular living room set and a bedroom set from Bel on 10/31/17. We were told both items I bought in store would be ready the next Saturday to pick up. Only one item was The other item was not delivered until mid December. I was told 3 times the 3rd item, which I purchase online was going to be delivered but it never was. Hi we bought recliner sofa set from bel furniture, katy location on thanks giving. first of all they delivered the wrong sided recliner, second as soon as they unwrapped it we saw damage on back side. We told the delivery guy to take it back but he was not ready for that. He said the person who will come to replace it will take it back as they came at 10 o'clock at night to deliver. after that we took pictures, send emails to them but nobody has contacted us back, whenever we call they say they will get back to us in 24 hour... read more
Worst thing I ever did and my family had to suffer. Bought new living room sofa love seat and recliner and got a broken love seat when was delivered was to have a replacement within two weeks and then 2 more weeks then again 2 more weeks then told they would not replace and had to return the furniture and now have to wait for my money back and they won't answer the phone when you call bad business and will never do it again
The worst thing I ever did was buy from bells furniture terrible customer service , and they are so unprofessional
Customer service is horrible. I bought an extended warranty which would not fix the issue until my manufactures warranty is expired. Bel customer service won't fix the issue either. The lady on the phone was very rude and would not even listen to my issue. She kept interrupting.
This will be posted on every single Bel furniture review page. As a Houston resident, my family and I were deeply affected by Harvey along with thousands of other Houstonians. Unfortunately, we lost all of our belongings which included all of our new (less than a year old) furniture purchased from Bel. With our previous great experience we decided to go back to Bel. We spent over $8,000 on new furniture at Bel Furniture and purchased warranty. The bed support slats broke less than 6 months later, the warranty company was no help because all furniture is supposed to be covered with manufacturer's warranty for a year and they told us to call the store. Called customer service at the store, they told us to come to the warehouse and pick up the parts but to bring the broken pieces with us. They have a nice selection of furniture, I ordered a dining table set and a sectional for my living room. The day of delivery they only brought 1 chair never informed me all the times we spoke that morning to verify drop off information by the rep on the phone or by the driver himself. So I rescheduled another date for the chair to be dropped; off the first day of rescheduling they didn't have the chair in stock and I was told this the day of delivery around noon. This place should literally set all the furniture outside the store out with a for sale sign that reads FREE on every piece of crap they have! The quality of the furniture looks nice on ads but when it's bought it's a piece of sh**. This is the worse place I've ever did business with. After 4 months our bed collapsed on one side. They have the nerve to charge you a fee to come out to see it after they ask for pictures and then give you a date all the way until January AFTER you pay a $60 transportation fee!
