Verified Renter My experience here has been fantastic overall. No complaints at all! My only gripe was with the parking lot renovation—it felt a bit overwhelming. I had to constantly check emails to avoid getting my car towed due to shifting schedules. While I appreciated the new pavement, the barrage of date change emails was a bit much. That said, I understand this might have been out of The Bell's control since they were working with a third party. The Bell is still a great place to live and I am overall impressed.

Verified Renter The staff is great but the apartment unit is not ready for move in. Things aren't functioning properly and no cleaning was done properly, we are also missing keys. Hopefully, this gets resolved today when we turn in our move-in inspection form, however, we are really disappointed since this was a huge move for us and the building/community came highly rated.

Verified Renter I have left at Bell Alpharetta since January this year. I have been very pleased with the quiet ambience, beautiful woodland view from my patio, and newly renovated apartment. Management staff and Maintenance are proactive and professional in handling requests and making sure all apartments are maintained properly. I have enjoyed living at Bell this year and have recommended it to friends who are contemplating moving.
