Verified Renter I really like this neighborhood. It's quiet and my neighbors are awesome. The only thing I would suggest the administration should work is maintaining the common areas clean: stairs and front doors areas. Trash service is not consistent, at least for the last 5-6 months.

Verified Renter It’s been an overall great experience at the bell! My boyfriend and I are very happy with the service provided and the attention the bell Alpharetta team give to their residents! The maintenance team comes quickly when you put in a maintenance request and they do their jobs well! There are only a few things I’m not too thrilled about our experience here. One would be bugs.
