Verified Renter Package pickup is an absolute mess. Workers in leasing office aren’t that helpful. They seem to care but then nothing gets done. Gym equipment isn’t great. Maintenance requests take forever

Verified Renter the new renovations to the property are quite refreshing and perk up everything. The fitness center is improved and continues to easy to use. The leasing office staff are very friendly and accommodating even though they are in a temporary location while the leasing office is being updated. I like the new food trucks they bring to the back of our property. Overall I am happy to be living here.

Verified Renter Gutted and renovated the gym just to leave the broken cable machine and the dumbbell rack that’s falling apart. Also mail is a disaster here. You better have a second address to mail your packages too because you won’t get them here. But other than that everything is fine and it’s a good location.
Verified Renter Overall having a great experience. Love the neighborhood with its walkability, nearby Publix and bars. The building is nice too, especially with all the renovations going on. The disadvantage is perhaps not too great noise cancellation in the apartment. Also, it is pretty expensive to live here.

Verified Renter We moved in two months ago and have had a great adjustment so far! We are in a great spot in the building and love our spacious two bedroom apartment! The only thing that hasn’t been ideal has been our recent request for maintenance to check on our appliances and no one has come but I’m sure that will be fixed soon (hopefully!).

Verified Renter Maintenance is rude and unprofessional; staff doesn’t seem to care and most communications read like threats; the pool chairs are all broken, the grills never work, the gym doesn’t have free weights; the only positive is the location
