Verified Renter Property Management is below average. My experience hasn’t been good at all for the following reasons: 1. Maintenance doesn’t respond timely nor completely fulfill request. 2. Property is often not maintained adequately to be considered luxury in Frisco. (There is dog poop in the hallways) I don’t plan to extend my lease nor will I refer this property to another.
Verified Renter It’s very nice and quiet. Everyone that I’ve come across whether it’s the leasing agents or people who live here are so sweet and amazing. :)
Verified Renter It is really difficult to communicate with the front office as they do not answer/return calls or emails. It also takes a very long time to have any maintenance requests completed that are not simple, routine items. They also stopped cleaning the hallways and elevators on a regular basis which is unfortunate.
Verified Renter When I first moved in everything was really great. I renew my lease back in March and since then it seems like things have gone downhill. Fire alarm is constantly going off in the middle of the night which is a scary Way to wake up. Yes they work which is good . However, they shouldn’t be going off at random times in the night. Verified Renter The management cannot keep the property clean. Other residents do not care about keeping common areas clean. There is dog poop everywhere. The hallways consistently have dog pee AND poop in them and are gross/sticky and not cleaned. The stairwells wreak of urine and vomit. The rent has only increased while the quality decreases. Verified Renter Its ok. Theres a lot of space in the apartments and its close to everything. Now the issues are that the fire alarms go off often and so often that you would never be able to tell the difference between a false alarm and a real emergency Visitor parking is not so good and they only allow Spectrum Internet services so you have no choice but to use spectrum. The luxor system can be a hit or miss in particular when its down.
