Verified Renter This place is absolutely filthy. There is dog poop in the breezeway and elevator and human pee on used toilet paper in the breezeway. Maintenance never takes care of it. I’m appalled to say I live here.

Verified Renter The emergency services is not helpful. We moved in and the air conditioning is not pumping cold air. Could not get help. Anytime you call the office you get sent to an answering service that is not friendly or helpful. Very frustrating

The fire alarms go off at least once a month with no fix in sight (this has been at least a 2 year issue). The gate to the garage is always broken. There is not enough parking for guests. The parking system constantly changes. The communication from the office is always under a 24 hour notice.
